However, the Mariposa Sunshine model uses a double layer of 100% Sunbrella Plus fabric, and Velcro on the ears so that the wind doesn’t blow the cover away. The frame also has a layer of zinc under the coating to protect it from rust and weathering the elements. If you look at the bottom of the lid, you will see a hole that drains all the rainwater.
