FAQ

Hangar can ship to any part of the world, using the best transport partnerships. In any case, confirm via email online@hangar.pt if you want more information, especially about shipments outside Europe.

For shipments outside the EU, customs clearance fees and customs taxes will be requested by the carrier from the customer, and the customer will be responsible for choosing the forwarding services and paying these charges.

All payments are processed in euros. Payment methods include Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as MB way and Paypal, which you can use in a completely secure manner.

The technology we use is tested and guarantees the highest security of all data. If you wish, request information about the certification of our online platform.

All personal information that you register in our online store is confidential. Read our Privacy Statement under TERMS AND CONDITIONS for more information.

All purchases are made in EURO (€) . Our invoicing is also carried out in EURO (€). When your bank account has a different currency origin, your bank will debit the corresponding amount in your local currency. HANGAR is completely unaware of the exchange rates charged by your bank.

When an item is withdrawn from the online store, it means that it is out of stock at the manufacturer or has been discontinued. Confirm this situation via online@hangar.pt

Although the online store has many items that we don’t have in store, the opposite is also true. Some pieces would be impossible for us to pack or the quantity available might be very little or even unique. However, you can ask our store directly, through welcome@hangar.pt

We do not accept article reservations. The wishlist is just to remind you about items you would like to buy later. In a next visit to the website these items may no longer be available.

You have 30 days to exchange an item. You can make exchanges in our CCB store or send the goods to the same address. Before proceeding with any return, it is convenient to contact us to confirm the acceptance of the return. See our TERMS and CONDITIONS.

The transport costs of any return will be paid by the customer and must be sent to our headquarters: Centro Cultural de Belém, Lj1 1449-003 Lisbon Portugal. Items in stock are usually shipped the next business day after you have ordered. Items that require an order from the manufacturer have the indication of a normal delivery time. Transport times vary depending on national, European and international destinations. Request information from our team via online@hangar.pt

The shipping costs varies according to the weight or the total volume of your order. If your order weighs up to 30 kg, we can automatically indicate the shipping cost. For higher weights, no cost will be indicated and you must complete your order without this information. A specific quote will be made in order to allow you to benefit from the best possible price and you will receive, by email, our transport quote proposal. If you do not agree with this quote, the order will be canceled and what you have paid will be immediately refunded to your account.

Hangar’s headquarters is located at Centro Cultural de Belém, Rua Bartolomeu Dias, Lj1, 1449-003 Lisbon.

Our team monitors the operation of the online shop every working day, between 11:00 am and 7:30 pm. The online shop is available 24 hours a day, every day. We may need to temporarily interrupt its operation, due to maintenance or breakdown.
